Disregard my comment about the holiday pay for staff. That doesn't affect 700080 which is where most of the variance is. I'm still combing through the details. There's nothing that's immediately jumping out So vacation makes up about 10% ($14k) of it. Exec salary increases for Montreal was about $7000 plus an additional $2000 that we accrued. So that's another $9k. Were there any raises or headcount additions to Winnipeg after 02/05? That went up almost $3k. Oakville went up almost $1000. Toronto went up almost $2k.
