Please see the attached Hired to Started report. It is marked "not fully baked" since there is the possibility a few things may shift as the month gets finalized. I've added a column to indicate whether or not the site is currently conducting hiring manager interviews. Green = Sites trending an 80%+ hired to start ratio. Hiring manager interviews are considered optional for these sites as they have achieved the goal we are striving for. Yellow = Sites trending 75-79%. I had communicated that sites in this range could make their own determination regarding the need for hiring manager interviews. All other sites are trending at or below 74%. For these sites hiring manager interviewing is requested to validate the right people are being selected for orientation and subsequent assignment on billable shift. *Currently 34 of 53 (64%) sites are trending below an 80% hired to start ratio.
