Best, Megan ---- *Payroll Updates for Canada * This message is intended for distribution to all Canada employees, office, field and caregivers in Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. Effective July 1st, 2023, your payrolls will change from the existing payroll provider WageWorks, or Payworks to Ceridian Powerpay. *What is Changing?* =E2=97=8F Payroll vendors will change from either WageWorks or Payworks to = Ceridian Powerpay. *Why are we Making these Changes?* =E2=97=8F This change will allow TheKey to align all Canadian provinces on = one payroll system and eliminate some of the manual processes and or nuisance associated with different vendors. o Currently only Montreal and Toronto are using Ceridian Powerpay as the payroll vendor. =E2=97=8F Eliminate the additional step of converting payroll data into Qui= ckBooks prior to importing into NetSuite. The accounting team will be able to upload payroll data directly into NetSuite. *When is this Happening?* This change will take place effective with the first pay day in July 2023: =E2=97=8F July 7th Calgary/Alberta and Waterloo =E2=97=8F July 14th Vancouver and Oakville =E2=97=8F July 17th Winnipeg *What do I need to do?* No action is required by employees for this change to take place.
