The final selection of the method will be based on further instruction or legal requirements you provide, but this can get the conversation going. 1. Every email template will display both English and French copy in one email. The only downside is that it may be a very long email for the user. 2. Add a hyperlink at the top or bottom of the English email template to View in French. The link would then open a html webpage that displays the email in French. The limitation here is that a French webpage would need to be created/published by Phil's team for every email campaign. Potential SEO implications as well. 3. Add a Language Preference field to all Lead, Contact and Client Account records. This would be the most difficult to implement and maintain. We cannot require the field for Canadian records and not require it for all records. This would also require 2 separate campaigns to be built for each email campaign; English and French. The audience lists would have to remain separate. If this field was left blank on any records, they would not receive any of your campaigns. I look forward to connecting next week to get your feedback.
