It is a complicated case as she is an alcoholic, is beginnin= g to have early stage memory loss and despite all of the warnings by health= care professionals, she continues to consume heavily and thus is falling. = Her husband lives with her but has begun to suffer from caregiver burden an= d very sadly =93enables=94 the drinking. I will be recommending full time = care beginning as soon as possible and need someone who would be able to li= ve in Hatley, Quebec with them and who drives. They have a beautiful home. There will be much resistance but I will do my best =96 although they know = a few people out here who may be able to help I would rather have you find = the right fit. Would this be possible? Greatest current risk: Falls Daily Tasks: . Ensure proper administration of antibitiotics at 1:00am and 6:00am . Ensure light physical exercise to maintain walking and mobility. . Assist with bathing and dressing as needed. . Accompany Mrs. =93=94 to the grocery store and other external erran= ds in Ayers Cliff and Magog. . Assist with daily household tasks =96 meal preparation, changing be= ds, light household chores. . Walk dog as needed . ENSURE that the daily consumption of white wine NEVER exceeds 2 gla= sses.
