RE: PCI Compliance Manager - Validation Reminder

Thanks for providing Sharon. One last question, do you happen to know if we
have an assigned account manager or rep from Elavon that I can reach out
to? Our profile shows us as needing to complete a vulnerability scan in
order to be PCI compliant. However, the portal also lists as a Tier 4
processor which are those that process less than 20K transactions annually.
In my experience only companies with higher processing volumes (tier 1 & 2)
require scans as part of the process to being compliant. So, I’m not sure
what’s being asked of us is completely necessary here. I’ll certainly run
this down, but hope you have the name of someone I can start with?
