Midwest Region. We reviewed performance, account updates, national
partnership developments, and aligned on clear next steps. Please see our
highlights and action items below:

- Carlisle Naples (SRG; no active PPA).

*Ownership Updates*
- *Forest Park – Assisted Living Locators:* Earl to take ownership.
- *ALL North Georgia:* Victoria Port confirmed owner.

- Abbottswood (Southeast) - Data discrepancies (leads vs. starts); needs

- Reserve at Mills Farm (Southeast) - Leads received early; conversions
delayed → monitor pipeline.
- Forest Park, Waltonwood Lake Boone, Carlisle Naples (Southeast) - No
recent activity; two unqualified, Forest Park reassigned.
- Assisted Living Locators Accounts (multiple regions) - Generally low
activity; require consistent 2 touches/month minimum.
- Oasis Senior Advisors (Midwest) - High volume, *low quality* leads
education needed for better screening..
- Never Produced Accounts (both SE & MW) Activity below adherence (only
2 touches logged in Aug for Midwest). Let's use this as an opportunity to
improve!
Action Items:
- Melissa Ulanch will update *unqualified accounts *
- BethAnn Rosario will review Abbottswood leads/starts for accuracy.
- Earl Blair will take ownership of Assisted Living Locators – Forest
Park account.
- Melissa Ulanch will follow up with Angelica on scheduling *regional
leadership introductions* for Assisted Living Locators.
- Melissa Ulanch will schedule Safe Haven kickoff call; include Tatiana
Garcia (owner), Jamie (GM), and add Earl Blair as optional.
