In my offices, majority of calls from clients are for the staffing specialist. over 70% I was curious if others felt that the majority of the call volume that came in from our clients (and caregivers!) were for the staffing specialist specifically regarding changes or updates to their schedule? Or do you feel like they are calls your client success manager should/could be fielding?
