Hi Kathryn, This we are working with ClearCare to see what's causing this issue and resolve it ASAP. Unfortunately, the missing shifts we had last Friday were the schedule that are not included in the ClearCare data set that they send to us that's why they don't reflect back to the CG Connect app. Do you still get messages from CGs this morning with the same issue? We'll update you once we know more. Thank you for your patience while we work on this one.
