Hi Regional Directors,

We are testing out a new report (attached) that tells you what day your
client's will get their next Medallia survey! Feel free to share this with
your team and use this report to prioritize your proactive outreach
efforts. We recommend reaching out to clients that have a survey in the
next 30 days (yes in column G).

Please let me know if you have any questions, issues, or ideas on how to
improve this!

Tips for using the report:

   - Sort for your region (column B)
   - Prepare for a call by reviewing their last survey response (if they
   had one) and/or click through to their CC profile in column K.
   - If you're interested, you can find what survey questions they will be
   asked here
