As I referenced in the earlier email if a shift does not have revenue associated, it is not counted in the billed hours. The screenshot from Clearcare in the previous email showed the total hours for Sandra for the month, but did not include the details. When we pulled the detail from Clearcare it showed only some of the hours with revenue. See the attached screenshot. The yellow highlighted shifts are not counted towards billed hours. If you remove those hours from the total it comes out to around 121 hours for Sandra rather than the 235.8. If this client should be billed differently, that is up to our policy and procedures which I can't speak to. But as far as reporting, this is how the company has decided to count billed hours.
