I just happened to be on a call with Tad and I mentioned I knew about it and would like to hear sort of "from the start" how this was going to work so I could project and plan accordingly. He gave me permission and said I might be called upon to advise since I told him I agreed with needing to systemize but also see silos as a huge potential for communication breakdown. With staff already pushed hard, we can't just roll something out without getting into the level of detail about how silos will communicate. That didn't really get covered although brought up in the SOC convo. so hopefully someone will ask for feedback on it.
