Hi Ash/John and Team,
I've added our Tableau information in separate tabs and then consolidated the Google and Tableau information for each market on the original tab.
I highlighted postal codes that have strong cost per lead/opp/SOC numbers in green and ones that have concerning cost per lead/opp/soc numbers in red.
What I'd like to get from you by the end of next week is a proposal on what location targeting optimizations you'd recommend based on this full set of data. Does that timing work?
In tandem, I will review the information as well and connect with Tim on this (and the visualizations of the maps as well once you send them) to see if we can generate some ideas.
I'd like to use our meeting on 12/12 to review our combined ideas and talk through what changes make sense for the markets (so that those changes can ultimately go live 1/2/2024.

Is it possible for you to send the postal code performance for the other markets by the end of this week? That would include Calgary, Winnipeg, Waterloo, Toronto, and Oakville. The timeframe should be since we updated their targeting settings (please remind me what date that was).
