Sandra : Yes, we will have to reply that we are not submitting. The limit date of January 15 was postponed of a week yesterday via an Addendum. We have until the 22nd to reply. I'll fill out the form for this and send it to you, Tim and Joey.
Tim : Do you want to wait few days before January 22nd, so let's say at the end of next week, to see if there is an outcome with our complaint before telling them we will not submit?

I met with the legal firm that is going to assist us with our AMP application. Long story short, this process will likely take 1-3 months to finalize as we have a lot of changes to make to our corporate structure in order to be in compliance.
That said, we should abandon any further work on this current contract application and work towards being prepared for our next go around.
Sandra please keep an eye on the SEAO website for future opportunities. Alex, please pause on your work until we identify the next contract.
