Accounts Receivable lens as well as the data for YTD VA stats.

As a reminder, for the locations we are still on a waiting list for, if
TheKey is requested as their preferred provider, it can help us get
credentialed in those locations quicker.

@Timothy Thomas <tt@thekey.com> Milwaukee is on the list, but no movement.
May be a great idea for Micah to visit the VSO at the VA there to see how
we can get that moving.
