Christa Carter-Mark is our new Sr. HR Manager for the East Division and is starting with us on January 15th. Chrtista's role will primarily focus on business support for the field leadership teams, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and performance coaching. She will work closely with local leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Christa is a seasoned HR professional who has spent much of her career supporting leadership in a business capacity role in several industries, including senior living. As I build Christa's onboarding plan/meeting schedule, I will be putting time on each of your calendars as an introduction.
