The Satisfaction Win Back Campaign is celebrating the Brentwood, California team for their incredible service results with a client who went from bedridden to driving a car again. On Day 25, kudos go to Regional Client Success Manager Claudia Hernandez fo= r sharing today=E2=80=99s story about Marilyn Sharp, an 80 year old female wi= th a lifetime value of $231,835. Claudia has been working with Marilyn and her family since they signed with TheKey three years ago. Marilyn=E2=80=99s husband, Bob, was her primary Car= egiver and contacted TheKey after she had a bad fall. One of her arms and a leg had suffered fractures and required surgery. Complications during surgery left her unable to walk or care for herself while recovering. Marilyn was surprised to be bedridden and requiring 24/7 care. There were a few hiccups with the start of Marilyn=E2=80=99s care. A Caregi= ver fainted during a night shift, and there were numerous call-outs and no shows. Claudia was always there to explain the circumstances and make sure there was coverage. She included Bob and Marilyn in her management process, educating them about the team with full transparency and accountability. =E2=80=9CThings are going to happen sometimes,=E2=80=9D Claudia said. =E2= =80=9CBy working together, we can handle any challenge.=E2=80=9D Bob shared that it was Claudia=E2=80=99s excellent communication skills tha= t impressed him. Anxious about his wife=E2=80=99s recovery, he praised Claudi= a=E2=80=99s management noting that Marilyn was never without care, even with the issues that came up. Claudia, Marilyn, and Bob formed a close bond, and it=E2=80= =99s no wonder that Bob told her, =E2=80=9CWe simply wouldn=E2=80=99t get this kind= of dedication and service anywhere else.=E2=80=9D Although Marilyn=E2=80=99s care was ini= tially intended to cover a short period of time, they found so much comfort and value with TheKey, they requested year-round service on an ongoing basis. Marilyn is now able to walk again and even drive, which brings her a great sense of well-being and happiness. She currently uses a walker, and depending on the day and how she is feeling, sometimes requires support from a Caregiver to help her shower and dress. Bob feels confident in Marilyn=E2=80=99s progress and is delighted by the outstanding support that= he and his wife receive.
