Hi All,

Thank you again to everyone who joined us for the Lifeguard meeting and dinner—it was both productive and a lot of fun!

Attached, you’ll find the presentation we reviewed together along with the sample wellness reports. Chelsea will also be sharing updated marketing materials shortly, including:

  *   Updated client brochure

  *   Leave-behind piece

  *   FAQ sheet

One question that came up during the meeting was about collecting the client’s WiFi password. As a team, we agreed on the following process:

  *   Erin will arrive at the client’s home on the first day of care.

  *   She will request the client’s WiFi password.

  *   If the password is unavailable, she will install an LTE hotspot.

This approach keeps things simple and ensures CSMs won’t need to request WiFi details directly.

We expect the official “go” from legal in the next few days, which means we’ll soon be ready to begin setting up Lifeguard with your clients. I’ll also send a calendar invite for a touch-base meeting this Thursday so we’re aligned on next steps.
