Hi Tim,

Wins:

   - Billable hours increased by 129 hours / 1.3%
   - Sept monthly revenue increased by 2.9% and was up 7.4% from Sept
   forecast
   - Oct monthly revenue currently exceeding Sept's by $9747.
   - Sept SOC 10 exceeding goal by 1.
   - Oct SOC 9 exceeding goal by 1.
   - Oct (so far) assessment to start conversion rate by increased  22%
   - Meeting schedule on Nov 13th with Trust Advisor & GM when Denny is
   town to try to break into the market.


Loses:

   - LT accuracy rate 56.3%
   - Sept Assessment to start conversion rate 71%



Challenges:

   - Getting caregivers through the hiring process and scheduled for
   orientation. We have had 4 caregivers start in the last 6 weeks. It is
   taking 2-3 weeks to get win backs into an orientation class.
