Hi Tim,
It would be great if you could take us through the table below. Does it account for churn? For example, you know your average length of stay, but how many clients would we lose before break-even? Also, what are your ratios? How many T1 vs T2 vs other?
Thanks,
Steven

The model Derek estimated shows lifeguard is in the black after roughly 4 months of service on fall detection, with an average ROI of 3.2x on our mixed client and a high of 7.3x on our Tier 1s who will likely make up the majority of fall detection users, as they're not price averse and committing to staying home. This seems like a reasonable return...

I would imagine that with some volume guidance they can provide better pricing on the monthly. That's where I would go with Steven.

Tim—Pontos monthly fee is too high and does not allow Lifeguard a profit.. In addition based on our testing and units deployed in the field their technology is average –
Their unit pricing is ok
The monthly service fee they are requesting is way out of line ..

Hi Nat,
We’re not interested in changing vendors at this point in time. The fall detection piece presents a immense liability concerns so the trust element needs to be high.
I had understood that given our average client tenure this pricing seemed more equitable between TK and LG.

Hi Tim—
You will most like hear from Steven( Ponto) today .
The most recent - $125 / month requested pricing – puts his current pricing proposal way offside .
I’ve communicated to him that his current pricing / per month no longer works for us
We have another vendor who is much more reasonable on the per unit and monthly fee and would allow us to meet the $125/ month requested by THEKEY .
Lets chat about this on our Friday 9 AM call.
Just wanted to give you a heads up so you are not surprised when he calls.
Have a super day .
