matter. Based on the initial review of the documents (and our review of
the procurement database), we like to proceed as follows:
1. JP will schedule a call with your team so that he can provide initial
guidance on the bid process.
2. TheKey’s team will need to complete the bid documents.
3. JP will review and provide comments for revision as needed (and
answer any follow-up questions).
Based on this limited scope, the estimated cost will be US$5,000 to
US$10,000. This estimate does not include any additional work that may be
required to respond to additional inquiry or documentations after the
initial submission.

These are the documents for the SA-241001-ME bid. I am hoping that
something will come of the conversation with Melanie.
The docs are very elaborate and detailed and it is imperative that all be
completed properly to be considered.
Let me know if you need any more information. I do know that you will need
an updated Marché des autorités financiers attestation and likely a CNESST
one as well (the finance one is definitely expired).
