Recruiter’s Network

Using your HCA network is the easiest and most successful path to learning
new ideas and sharing recruiting and retention booms.   We’ve had several
requests to start up HCA’s Recruiter Networking Meeting again so we’ll
begin with every other month and see how it goes.

This meeting is most appropriate for any team members responsible for
recruiting & retention.  The emphasis will be on building your caregiver
bench, however, retaining your strong caregivers is key to avoiding the
recruiter’s two-step dance of one step forward / two steps back.

We will meet on Thursdays for one hour at 10:00am PST / 1:00pm EST
beginning September, 21st.
