Morning! We do an intake which I guess is like a mini assessment. Since we
are regulated, the actual assessment is done by our RN Client Success
manager prior to or at the start of care. Our team is still working out
the kinks and we have a meeting today to map it out so I can share that
with you after. I can also send you the intake we use.
