Regional Meetings:
Monday
Midwest Stand-up - (I have removed from my calendar) 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM -
Review what each person in the Midwest had planned for the week, go over
weekend On-Call,
Midwest Call Center Open Office -11:30 AM to 12:00 PM - to discuss any
situations we have had with the Contact Center(Frax) that we would like
handled differently in the future.
Leadership Recap - 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM- To Do List ( Regional GMs meeting to
discuss action items from Jennifer P.)
Pipeline Review - 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM - each office reviews Salesforce
Pipeline with each other and Intake Specialist(Gayle). I am usually on
until 5:00 PM as being the largest office they left me for last so the
others did not have to sit through Chicago's pipeline.
Thursday
Pipeline Review - 3:30 to 4:00 PM
Friday
Leadership - 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Pipeline Review - 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM
