"We had an Opportunity that was closed as won and then services never started because the family couldn't agree. Now a few months later they want to start services.
How do I open a new Opportunity under the Client Account? I am not able to do this? I am trying but having difficulty. I am assuming I should not be creating a brand new Opportunity.
