Claire Termination Letter and Talking Points

Hi Timon,

Please see attached termination letter for Claire. *Please sign it and send
a copy of it back to me. *This letter will also need to be emailed to
Claire's personal email to show it's been sent to her (I would have a
physical copy printed as well if this is being done in person).

Talking points for the termination on Feb 10th with Claire:


   - Claire's employment is terminated effective immediately on a
   without-cause basis. This decision is final.


   - As such, TheKey will be providing Claire with her basic entitlements
   under the ESA and outlined in her employment agreement (2 weeks pay in lieu
   of notice, any vacation accruals, any unpaid wages).


   - Her last and final pay will be on x date. An ROE will then be issued
   accordingly. Her T-4 will still be available to her within her Ceridian
   account.


   - A follow up email will be sent to her with a termination letter
   outlining the same information. (I would also reiterate the final pay date
   and ROE/T-4 information in that email). Please copy me on this.


   - Return of Equipment (If she brings everything into the office, please
   loop in IT so they don't send her anything to ship it)


   - Please reconfirm Claire's personal email and address on file are still
   correct should anything else have to be sent to her.

Claire's termination will also need to be entered into Workday on Monday.
This will revoke access to things like her work email. You should have
access to do so but let me know if you need assistance with entering it.
