Hello All,
Our vendor (NICE) is experiencing issues with routing our intake lines for
each office. We have been able to resolve some of the offices but continue
to work through all the remaining ones. Office's intake lines that are not
working as expected have been rerouted to the voicemail of the local
office. We are working closely with the vendor to resolve the remainder of
the offices and will send out an update later this afternoon. Below is a
list of the office functioning correctly and those that have voicemail
routed locally:
