Diane and I were also disappointed to see our composite score at 27%. We made this a primary focus during our Tuesday meeting and investigated why the team's tagging was not being reflected in the data. We discovered that Venus was inputting tasks instead of tags; we have since corrected this and provided the necessary training. Additionally, Diane added the required tags and documentation while Malin was out on PTO. Diane and I also met to discuss support strategies for the team. We have emphasized the importance of the quality dashboard and its impact on monthly performance bonuses. We are happy to announce that our composite score has improved from 27% to 100% as of today. While my dashboard and Audra=E2=80=99s dashboard reflect 100%, Diane is seeing different figures o= n her end. Audra is currently helping us investigate this discrepancy. We are committed to maintaining this 100% score and will continue to make this a focus during our weekly 1:1 meetings.
