This drop was expected. We had four ends of care: two were 24/7 Tier 3 clients, one Tier 2 moved to inpatient hospice and then passed, and another 24/7 reduced hours due to the addition of private care. Because we anticipated most of these, we went into the week prepared to market aggressively and avoid a deeper drop. We put heavy focus on our SLC partners, and the field work paid off. As of today, we=E2=80=99ve had six starts - four Tier 2s, one Tier 1, and o= ne Tier 3 - and we have two additional Tier 2 starts scheduled for Saturday. Half of these starts came from our top SLC partners and one from a home health partner - the HCLs and I met with them two weeks ago thanks to Earl=E2=80= =99s introduction and I know we are working on a nationwide partnership (Centerwell). However, even with the significant number of starts, they are low hours - we are hoping to see room for growth with these t2s. Overall, it=E2=80=99s a gain of 172 billable hours week over week but we=E2=80=99re = projecting revenue to be flat next week because the t2 starts are all fairly low hours and we have a current 24/7 clients with two caregivers that went to the hospital and shifts were canceled for the week. SOC conversion rates also took a sharp hit which suggests we=E2=80=99re lo= sing momentum after the assessment stage. However, several of last week=E2=80=99= s assessments started this week due to client request of SOC date. Sales activity dropped. Victoria, HCL, only had 8 total activities documented. On Monday=E2=80=99s coaching call, Earl issued a verbal for non-compliance. As of today, we are up to date with documented activities for last week and this week. My top priorities and action plan 1. We want to drive lead volume back up, increase leads and diversify client mix. Earl, myself, HCLs and CSMs are doing weekly touch points for any SLCs, reassessments, care coordination and at-risk meetings to go deeper and wider in these communities 2.Very intentional with plans HCL going on Maternity Leave - warm hand off - lauren, earl and csms owning accounts. 3. With slow assessment start, reinforcing the SOC process with the team so every assessed client starts care within 72 hours. 4. Dig into conversion of B2C leads as we have caregiver capacity to take new clients with our large caregiver bench but low SOC of B2C.
