Hi Matt, We need to keep an eye on this converted client to ensure that you and your team get credit: https://homecareassistance.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Opportunity/0067V000028CISDQA4/view The link I referenced is a duplicate opportunity that was created and pushed through to ClearCare by the Vancouver team. This was done because the client wanted to start care immediately (outside of my working hours). However, they erroneously pushed it through under "Google Search" when, in fact, this was a lead from Amica West Vancouver according to my intake. I have updated the referral source in Salesforce but want to ensure you are aware in case it is not updated correctly in the AP. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
