First Step =E2=80=93 to =E2=80=9Ccontinue=E2=80=9D the existing co= mpanies to the federal jurisdiction a. All entities being amalgamated must share the same home jurisdiction in order to amalgamate. * i. **11/4/25: Tammi to send documents to Tim to sign and she will return them to Teio.* 2. Second Step =E2=80=93 Approve the amalgamation by Corporations Can= ada. 3. In November, obtain the necessary governmental approvals for the continuation. 4. Early December, we will continue all of the corporations under the federal jurisdiction and prepare the authorizing resolutions to amalgamate the corporations. 5. Each =E2=80=9Ccontinuing=E2=80=9D entity will adopt a new name in = the federal jurisdiction and will bear the new name until the amalgamation is effective. (That is, for a period of time these entities will have the new names until the amalgamation is completed.) This won=E2=80=99t affect opera= tions. 6. It
