Hey Sarah,
Sorry for the late response, I was on PTO and out of the country. This
client is still not showing as a start in the AP portal. As mentioned
above, it was reactivated in ClearCare over the weekend by an on-call
manager, and a new opportunity was not created in SF. Once my team came in
Monday, the shift was already complete and it was too late. Is there a way
to integrate this so it is shown as a new SOC in the analytics portal as it
has been more than 90 days since the client had received care?
