Hi everyone

Andy and I just had a chat regarding the Canadian Amazon migration, and we
agreed that we should keep the Canadian amazon accounts separate (so no
change) for now, until we're further along on the Canadian integration
process.  We should definitely wait until after we have the JPM transition.

@Andreas Kozak <andreas.kozak@thekey.com>  Before we re-start the
discussion regarding the Amazon migration, I think we need to have some
kind of Q&A and brainstorm with the Canadian opex team first, so we can
better understand the current processes and needs of each location
regarding their Amazon account.

Please ignore those emails from Amazon. No action is required. Andy will
remove the Canadian location from the corporate Amazon account for now.
