Hi John, I've added all the accounts besidese Calgary to our MCC and applied to switch to invoicing. I'm just waiting on admin access from Chuck when he's back in the office next week and then I'll apply for Calgary as well. I'm hopeful they will get processed by Google by the end of the week.
