There is a need to document the action plans for the 13 sites, specifically emphasizing SAP and Non-SAP account activities and team makeup. This is an opportunity to share each site's story, highlighting challenges and the actions we plan to take to promote growth at each location. *RDBD's* - The RDOs will need your help in adding in the SAP activities the HCLs will be taking over the next few months for each account category. Some of this can be an overall account channel strategy, and some may be account specific for impactful meetings at large accounts you want to highlight. The key things that need to be included are: - What cadence of visits will HCLs complete for each account channel? - What quantity of promo gifting will be hand delivered at how many accounts, and by when? - What quantity of collateral will be distributed to how many accounts and by when/what cadence? - How many B2B2C activities will be completed for SLC SAP accounts and by when? *Emma/Greg/Jackie *- for Marketing, it will be important to provide specific quantities and dates for any sent promo gifting, sent collateral, or any other activities for both SAP and non-SAP accounts per site. *RDOs* - For the team makeup, please add the name and tenure in role for the individuals at each site, along with any commentary or context for each role, or note actions such as training where needed. *RDBDs - *Please add in any commentary or context i.e. any coaching, performance management, or retraining needed for the HCLs in each site within the matrix. I drafted a template to start gathering actions for each site and reviewed it with the RDOs over the last two days. Please do not worry too much about the formatting. Please provide as much detail as possible, and I will consolidate the formatting for each site.
