If there are multiple HCL's in a given office, that's ok, each HCL can have their own resource list. * Step 2 - Have a 30min meeting (in-person preferred) with each referral source to confirm their differentiators, validate their stance in the industry and let them know we'd like them to be a part of our exclusive resource list. * Step 3 - Invite them to an TK office In-Service. 15 mins at the top of your office's weekly Pipeline meeting where all Care Solutions and Client Success team members will be present. This allows the referral partner to explain their service, who their ideal client is, what their differentiators are, and how we can best refer to them. * Step 4 - Invite the partners to join your PAC group in August + Don't have a PAC?? - Please see the PAC due date below which pairs with this Community Resource Initiative.
