We are still providing services, but we are down to 1 day a week. This loss was fortunately offset by a SOC of a live-in client the week before. As for the pipeline, the quality of the leads seems to be mediocre at best, with price sensitivity being a primary obstacle. I am setting up a tutorial for Desiree and the team to go through the Family Managed Care option as an alternative pitch when confronted with unqualified leads. We've also had a couple of clients sign and then not start services. I will therefore be prioritizing sitting in on assessments with the CSMs as our closing rate has fallen off as of late as has retention. I am currently doing a client audit to identify any deficiencies in client care and coach where needed. We will also be doing a refresher on Lifeguard services.
