--000000000000ade32c062e93c59f Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Chicago Revenue is down 6% due to 6 clients being in the hospital or rehab ( all 6 are tier 1 clients) as well as 3 clients cancelling services. We had 4 assessments with 2 SOCS( One was Returning client), one client is starting this week and the other next week - so we should 100% SOCs from last week's assessments. One assessment was cancelled due to the client deciding to stay with the agency currently providing service. Our Leads are down vs 4 weeks prior - this could possibly be attributed to increase in need after the holidays vs wintery weather of February. In Tableau our 33 week average for leads is 17 and for February we are averaging 12. To increase leads, recruiting is working to attract caregivers for areas we supported in the past but have removed from our service area due to a lack of caregivers available to work with clients.. When we add those areas back into our service areas leads should increase. This week we have 7 assessments scheduled, with the two completed and the expectation is 4 clients start this week and 1 next week. Not all starts from this week's assessments, one is from a January assessment and one of this week's assessments is planned to start in March. Anticipate we minimally have 11 clients start services this month.
