If you are actively covered by another medical and/or dental plan then you have several options available to you. You may (1) allow the two plans to coordinate coverage with one another, (2) drop the other coverage and retain our coverage or (3) you can waive our medical and dental coverage. If you want to opt out of our coverage then you will need to provide proof of the active, alternative medical and dental coverage. You can send that to me if you'd like. The life, AD&D and dependent life plans are automatic and can not be waived. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
