In the attached, you will find a list of clients where communication was sent out to clients who had not had rate increases since prior to June of last year. This was an executive team decision and approved by the division heads. Most of these rates will have effective dates of 2/20 or 3/6 depending on the office's local regulations (the effective date that was sent to the client is detailed in the file). These will need to be implemented over the next few weeks, so please let me know if you have any questions. 2. There is a meeting scheduled for 2/20 to help ensure these rates are being implemented, but to also kick off a more robust pricing increase process that will mimic the exercise we did back in October. I will plan to cover the timeline, expected population and then we will go through a review process for you all to help identify any exceptions that need to be made. Please let me know if I can help clarify anything before that meeting. Thanks, Ben --000000000000e56c0905f4cc7396 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello all, I am reaching out as there a= re two batches of pricing increases that the organization needs to push thr= ough in the coming weeks: 1.
