The problem is that it is still showing up incorrectly in the Analytics Portal. We need to change it so that I get credit in the Analytics Portal for the two closed clients, not Cathy Gerth. Aaron was able to do this for us when it had happened previously. Furthermore, I do not need to be associated with the Client Care Manager field as this is unrelated to my role. Please let me know if you have any questions.
