Your upcoming goal for the month of December is 11 SoC. A failure to continue to meet your sales goals will result in further action. You are off to a good start in December with 4 SoCs and 5 strong opportunities in the pipeline. Thank you for helping me presenting key brochures and annotations at the last Canadian Sales Huddle. Forecast toward Monthly Goal: =C2=B7 Monthly revenue goal: $140,000 =C2=B7 Month to date revenue: $29,825 =C2=B7 Estimated Monthly Revenue:>$150,000 =C2=B7 Monthly Start of Care Goal: 11 =C2=B7 Actual Start of Care: 4 =C2=B7 Monthly activity goal: 100 =C2=B7 Actual activity: 20 (SAP needs to be updated) Action plan for Sales Team Member: Meeting with Nelson from VCH is imperative - we need to assess price increase implications with Nelson and any opportunities to replicate the success at St. Paul's Hospital and Vancouver General Hospital. If need be, I can fly out to Vancouver if Nelson is ready to meet in person. Leverage staffing brochure to drum up starts of care in Parc, Sunrise, Verve or Chartwell. Opportunity to reach out to communities where you have built relationships (Amica and Parc) to see if companionship services are required during the holiday season. Leverage Mindfit series and PAC meeting to further your reach with key decision makers; ultimate goal is to drive more revenue through Starts of Care. You need to double down on your calls to ensure you close your December and January well. Account advancements & other Breakthroughs: - 1. Mind Fit - Completion of first session at Amica Arbutus on Thursday Nov 24th. 25 seniors in attendance. Good follow up with Emily Eltherington - Amica Arbutus Manor . Feedback from Emily and attendees was positive and have expressed commitment to conduct all 6 sessions of Mind fit and will connect me = with other Activity Directors at other Amica locations. 2. Strong desire from Amicas to collaborate with HCA and RCMP on protecting seniors. 3. Progress was made connecting Shannon Oaks and Mulberry Parc to house two seniors (son called from New Jersey) as parents home is being renovated for 1 month. Opportunity to provide home care for two adults 88 yrs of age (dad is in early stages of AD). Opportunity possible with Mulberry Parc and communicated to both parties. 4. Met with Mortgage West Mortgage Broker and Home Equity Bank to collaborate referrals and they are open to presenting to HCLs in the = new year to help understand how families can leverage the equity in their property to consider home care as an option. 5. Shannon Oaks confirmed a meeting to discuss in greater detail the Mind Fit Series. Challenges / Concerns: - Many good activities planned and executed. Not resulting in solid SoC volume beyond VCH. Pipeline Health: =C2=B7 Pipel
