Hi Frank and Pascal,

I'm following up on my request from 11/11/25. Will you please copy and
paste the attached template to your company letterhead, sign it, and
return it back to us *as soon as possible*? We are submitting our documents
to VCH *today *and need to include this. We were hoping to submit this last
Friday but wanted to submit the entire package.

Per our conversation a few moments ago, please find attached a template of
the letter to VCH confirming that Thekey Care Ltd. will have the same
insurance coverage that Orofresh has. Feel free to revise it as you see fit
and return it to me at your earliest convenience. We'd like to submit this
in our response package tomorrow or Thursday. Thanks for your help.

I am going to ask you about this at our meeting on Thursday, but I figured
I'd copy you on this email so you have a template as well. We can talk in
