I'm not looking for quite as literal an interpretation of my message.  I'm
just looking for people to align around a common goal.  If revenue makes
more sense than billable hours, that's fine.  The thought was that
generally speaking if we are hitting our hours we will hit or exceed our
revenue.  But that's not an absolute.  Maybe it's starts, maybe it's
margin...i just want everyone to feel like they are pulling on the same
rope together and they can see the results and celebrate together.
