📎 Adjustment to Agreement.png
Hi Tim,

In speaking with DeAnn in the billing we noted that the Calgary agreement
is not conclusive with what is required from a legal standpoint.

DeAnn mentioned that the POA must fill out the section that I have attached
below, but it does not indicate in our agreement that the POA is taking
responsibility for any fee endured should there be a missed payment and it
does not indicated that the POA has to send us their document of POA if the
bank account is under the client's name.

The agreement that was added to the slide for the POA documents is very
clear and straightforward.

My understanding from our section of the agreement is they are to fill this
out to indicate understanding of extra costs should they not pay and to
have their invoice directly mailed to them. When filling this out, our
clients are getting paper copies of their invoices weekly.

We just need a more clear agreement when it comes to the power of attorney
portion and what we need from them.

Hope this makes some sense.
