December Incentive Details

Dear Division Directors and Regional Leaders: Please see attached the
December Incentive calculation details for the payments to be made on
Friday, 2/7. Please communicate these payout amounts to your employees
prior to Friday.

Tomorrow or early Thursday, we will also be providing you a link to access
folders with the incentive statements for your employees; please also share
these documents with your employees. As a reminder, the calculation
methodology for individuals with multi-site responsibilities is slightly
different than single-site employees; accordingly, we separated the
multi-siters, and positioned their data after the single-siters on the
spreadsheet.
