In today's pipeline, Timon was very "concerned" about the number of leads in SF. Which would be fair if they hadn't all just been moved to opportunities. The conversation started as "what do you think is attributing to the lack of leads" but very quickly became a blame game. Timon kept insinuating that Cheryl isn't putting in calls, or maybe just "doesn't have time for it" and that there's no way corporate could track or have analytics of all the calls the way Cheryl is saying they do. Cheryl was trying to explain to him about analytics as well as that many leads were just moved to opportunities which is what we want to see. Timon then started blaming her for not turning those opportunities into assessments immediately and that maybe she isn't pushing for them enough. She tried to explain that she had booked 15 assessments last month and only half of them were converted and that she is always pushing for assessments and offered for him to listen to the calls. He ignored that and continued to talk over her. Timon questioned her work at every turn this morning and steamrolled over her every time she tried to rationally explain things to him. I finally spoke up and suggested that this be taken offline. Timon didn't seem to appreciate that and said that this is his job to question things but the conversation did move into the actual pipeline from there. That didn't alleviate any of the tension in the "room" for the remainder of pipeline though. Cheryl also on multiple occasions tried to explain about some of the issues she was having with salesforce and that she was working with you and Salesforce to figure it out. He just didn't seem to believe it. One thing even came up at the end while going through chatter where it was showing one thing on his screen and something else on her screen. She offered to show him, which he declined, so she asked again and he finally accepted. He still seemed to be in disbelief that this was happening and that it needed to be figured out and Cheryl said that this is what she has been trying to tell him and is working with IT but he just dismissed that. It's important to understand what's going on in the market and leads, and of course we want calls coming in and to understand why they aren't and how to change that but this was pure blame and ridicule and and in no way a productive conversation. This is not how you talk to someone, especially in front of others. Salesforce was clean and the phone not ringing is not Cheryl's fault. What he insinuated today and in front of everyone else was unfair to say the least. Please understand I would speak up if this was anyone, not just Cheryl, I have also not shared with her that I am reaching out to you. It was extremely uncomfortable and gross to watch, and for the entire team. I know becaus
