Below are the instructions from our HCL Handbook on how to document a
referral out in case that was what you were looking for.

As far as reporting on Referral Outs, we do currently have a report within
our HCL - SAP & Accounts Dashboard

Referral Outs

Anytime we refer a potential new client to one of our community partners,
we should document that referral as a “Referral Out” in Salesforce. Making
cross-referrals is a powerful way to build relationships with referral
partners and Salesforce will help you keep track of all of the value you
are creating for your accounts.

Features/Benefits

   -

   This is an excellent tool to use to illustrate how you're creating
   high-value partnerships in your community!
   -

   All Referrals Out, meaning we had a referral come into TheKey and for
   whatever reason, we will be referring the Lead away to another agency or we
   are referring other services (Home Health, Physician, SNF, etc.) for
   potential or existing clients of ours, we must indicate in Salesforce any
   and all Referrals we make out.

   Refer Out Functionality
   -

      To document instances where you are referring a lead to one of your
      partners, we have added a hyperlink to access a form to complete on the
