Attached please find the KPI report for the week ending November 20, 2022.

*Summary*
(All comparisons to prior week, unless otherwise noted.)

   - Total home care revenue decreased -0.6% and home care revenue
   excluding acquisitions decreased -0.3%
   - The average bill rate increased 0.1%; billed hours decreased -0.7%
   - Client census increased by 41 over last week; total starts of 274 were
   the same as last week, with HCL starts 9.9% higher than the 13-week average
   - Leads and assessments were both up versus the prior week, the 4-week
   average and the 13-week average
   - Headcount increased by 21, with increases in the Field, Sales and
   G&A.  The increase in G&A was primarily due to increases in Frax,
   Accounting and Collections
   - Billed hours per FTE were down -1.4% versus the prior week but were up
   5.0% compared to the 13-week average
   - Hours per Caregiver were down -0.6% versus prior week but were up 7.6%
   versus the 13-week average
   - Active caregivers declined by 46 or 0.4%

Additional Note:
With the recent move of Caregivers from Paychex to Workday, we are working
on integrating the Workday payroll data into the KPI report.  As a result,
we have excluded wage rates and caregiver margin from the report until the
integration is completed.
