RE: Monthly Amazon Spend Report

Hi All,

 

After a few weeks of "tweaking" the data I would like to share with you the
total Amazon spend for the month of June (and prior 12 months as a
reference).  I'm finalizing July data and will send out early next week.
Please let me know of any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

Hello Team,

 

Similar to the weekly Uber report, I was able to collect the past 13 months
of spend on Amazon (month 13 is for reference) to give you more visibility
on our spending habits.  Since our Amazon business account is fairly new,
and we previously used individual credit cards to pay for Amazon orders, the
data is less reliable the further you go back in time.  I expect that the
number of entries in the "unknown" category will drastically decrease over
next few months.

 

We can use this report to implement spend controls on certain categories,
i.e. groceries, or we can create spending benchmarks on all categories based
on revenue by location, or number of clients, etc.

 

Lastly, this initial file is very large as it contains 13 months' worth of
data.  Subsequent report files will be smaller as I will only send 1 months'
worth of actual transactions and previous months data as a trend reference.
Please expect previous months' reports to be sent out in week 2 of the
following month.

 

Please review and let me know if you would like me to add data points,
create additional summaries, or how I can otherwise improve the report.
